Position: Private Chef (Full-Time, Live-Out)

Location: Greenwich, CT

Schedule: 11 AM – 8 PM, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (days off are Sundays and Mondays)

Salary: up to $130k per year based on experience

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a skilled Private Chef to prepare fresh, health-forward meals and maintain the overall organization of the kitchen. This is a full-time, live-out position based at their primary residence in Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities:

Meal Planning & Preparation

• Create nutritious menus tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free and dairy-free)
• Prepare fresh, daily meals with a focus on health and variety
• Make advance meals for days off as needed

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked kitchen
• Manage food shopping and inventory with attention to quality and cost
• Ensure proper food storage and kitchen organization

Multi-Property Coordination

• Share and organize recipes across 3 properties
• Coordinate menus and meal plans with staff at other family properties
• Update and maintain family food preference lists

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar private household role
• Strong background in healthy cooking and menu development
• Highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in basic technology (e.g., Outlook email, Outlook Calendars, Word, and basic Excel skills)
• Must enjoy and be comfortable with travel, as some travel is required
