Brinkley RV, a leading innovator in the RV industry, is seeking a meticulously detail-oriented Product Data & Web Lead to join our dynamic, collaborative, and supportive marketing team! This crucial role is centered on flawlessly maintaining our website content – ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and effective, and the information is consistent across all platforms and marketing material. As a product guru, you will be the key link between product development and our digital audience, managing product data, crafting clear and compelling product descriptions, managing and manipulating multiple data sets, maintaining website content, and ensuring seamless user experience in addition to overseeing related development projects. Responsibilities:

• Product Information Management:  Collaborate with product development teams to gather, manage, and maintain a central repository of accurate product features, specifications, descriptions, and benefits. Ensure consistency across the website, brochures, sales tools, learning libraries, applications, and other marketing collateral.
• Website Content Stewardship:  Regularly update and maintain brand and product content on Brinkley RV websites using WordPress CMS and related systems, including descriptions, specifications, imagery, and technical documents.
• Data Management & Reporting:  Oversee and maintain the website and department-supporting data from multiple systems. Connect data sources, ensure data accuracy, exchange data between platforms and sources using appropriate data visualization tools, and review/maintain relevant performance reports.
• User Experience:  Ensure website interactions are intuitive and user-friendly based on UX principles. 
• Marketing Material Support:  Assist in maintaining the accuracy and availability of digital and physical marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Digital Asset Coordination:  Support the management, organization, and distribution of digital assets.
• Compelling Copywriting:  Write clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions and marketing copy that accurately highlight key features and benefits for our website, marketing materials, and communication efforts.
• Project Coordination:  Oversee and coordinate project tasks with internal or external developers for web, business systems, and mobile app initiatives related to product data integration and marketing requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication:  Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development, IT/developers) to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent messaging and development of supporting systems and tools. Attend relevant meetings to stay informed on product updates.
• Lead Management System Oversight:  Oversee the operation, data integrity, and process alignment of the lead management system.

Qualifications:

• Meticulously Detail-Oriented:  A proven track record of managing information with exceptional accuracy.
• Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product information management, website management, or a related field, including experience coordinating web or data-related projects.
• Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with WordPress CMS is required.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, are required.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate complex data sets using relevant tools.

- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) design principles.

- A basic understanding of Adobe InDesign is helpful.

• Communication & Collaboration:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in translating marketing needs into technical requirements and vice versa. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving:  Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Industry Aptitude : Ability to quickly learn and deeply understand the Brinkley RV product lineup and industry terminology.
• Copywriting Skills:  Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy, particularly for product descriptions and marketing communications.
• Preferred:  Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
