Professional Development and Team Collaboration:

Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning efforts to continually enhance instructional strategies.

Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices for hybrid learning success.

Spiritual & Community Expectations:

Maintain a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and uphold biblical integrity in all aspects of teaching and mentorship.

Be an active member of a local church and support the mission and values of a faith-based educational community.
