Job Summary: Qargo Coffee is looking for a motivated and energetic Barista/Cashier to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional coffee experience and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer menu-related questions.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and clean equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
• Assist with food preparation (e.g., sandwiches or pastries).
• Upsell additional products or promotions.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.

Skills Required:

• Time management for multitasking and prioritizing orders.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and blends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Sales and upselling skills.
• Basic food preparation skills.

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time / Full-time
• Pay: $15.00 plus tips
• Benefits: Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, & 401K

• Flexible Hours: 4 to 10 Hour Shifts
• Shift Options: Sunday to Saturday
