Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Senior Quality Control Manager located in Boston, MA at HSE Contractors. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, implementing quality standards, developing quality assurance plans, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
• Quality Assurance Management, Quality Control, and Auditing skills
• Candidate must have a very strong background and experience in heavy construction in general, and in QA/QC in particular.
• A college education with relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience are required.
• Certifications and training will be a bonus.
• Experience in implementing quality standards and developing quality assurance plans
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
