Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field.

Job Duties:
1:1 therapy sessions
Implement discrete trial/natural environment programs
Teach play skills and social skills
Teach self-help skills
Document session outcomes
Provide behavior support within group settings
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, etc.
Registered Behavior Technicians Requirements:
Completed 40 hour course
Previous ABA experience preferred
Excellent references
RBT preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
