What You’ll DoPerform high-quality residential plumbing services, repairs, and installations.
Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers.
Educate homeowners on preventative maintenance and long-term solutions.
Document all work, including notes and photos, in ServiceTitan.
Recommend additional services that meet the customer’s needs.
Maintain professionalism, safety, and compliance on every job site.
What You BringAt least 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
A willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry technology
A sales-minded approach focused on customer benefit and long-term value
