Premier Food Services at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack is looking for Seasonal Servers to work during the 2024 Summer Horse Racing Season, July 18th - September 7th. Qualified candidates must be available Thursday through Sunday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include providing timely food and beverage service, working in a fast paced, high demand environment, having general knowledge of food and alcohol, proficiency with touch screen POS systems (Aloha experience a plus), and performing other restaurant duties as assigned. The position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and the ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be RBS certified by the start of employment and a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol. Compensation is $16.80 per hour, not including tips. Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours during events, and working inside or outside as needed.
