Salesforce Administrator
This is an in-office position located in Detroit, MI with some hybrid flexibility.

Position Summary: The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing the Salesforce platform's development, user management, data management, reporting, and security, with a focus on enhancing a system that will collect and report information that demonstrates the tangible and intangible impacts of the various programs offered by CHN Housing Partners.

The rate of pay for this position is $85,000 - $91,000 per year, commensurate with experience (FLSA Exempt).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and customize CHN's Salesforce platform. Work to develop and operationalize a service integration strategy and systems across all of CHN's business lines.
Work with key strategic partners, assist in developing the architecture and operationalize a service integration platform for clusters in our Detroit service area
Manage the user experience design, permissions, license, and training. This includes setting up and configuring users, groups, profiles, roles, security, and data sharing.
Manage data integrity and system security.
Create approval process and complex workflows plus configure multiple record types and page layouts for various teams and programs
Design and create complex reports and dashboards for various teams and programs. Project Manage the integration of new business lines into CHN's Salesforce Platform
Innovate and update tracking, data collection, and data warehousing strategy to ensure that insights and analysis of our work are used effectively to help shape our organizational strategy, in all CHN's lines of business
Responsible for all information management systems, must understand how data flows between each of these systems and connects to the Salesforce platform. This includes for example the interface of CHN websites with Salesforce.
Supervise, hire, train and develop the analyst team
Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors
Keep informed about the latest developments in the IT industry and stay updated on the Salesforce platform's new tools, capabilities, applications, and updates that could optimize, improve and/or automate our existing systems

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Education: BS/BA in related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator and related credentials
Experience : Three to five years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis and/or database management
Three to five years of corporate project management experience
Skills : Advanced project management and organizational skills
Advanced ability to lead, build consensus and drive closure on corporate initiatives Advanced analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills
Advanced interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientation Advance written and verbal communication skills
Other: Travel may be required to attend meetings at local agencies and attend special events.
At times, it may be necessary to travel on overnight trips to conferences, educational sessions, or corporate meetings.
P referred: Master's degree
