Join Our Team at Launchpad – Salesforce Administrator (Technical Support)
Location: Hybrid – Irvine, CA (1–3 days/week in office)
At Launchpad, we’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Support Administrator to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer support requests, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, and ensuring clients have a smooth, supported journey from start to resolution.

We’re seeking a self-starter who’s customer-focused and solution-driven, someone who goes beyond troubleshooting to actively enhance the support experience. In this role, you’ll engage directly with users to identify recurring challenges, streamline support processes, and recommend platform enhancements. You’ll work closely with our Product Development Operations (PDO) team to ensure our services are reliable, responsive, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first line of support for customers through our Zoho Desk ticketing system
Resolve Salesforce-related issues, perform configurations, and escalate more complex tickets to our Product Development Operations (PDO) team
Proactively identify patterns and recurring issues to help us evolve our platform and improve customer experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to keep communication fluid and resolution timely
Help maintain support documentation and ensure accurate data in Zoho
Generate support reports and contribute to process improvement
Desired Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Communities
Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Clear and professional internal and external communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly customer-centric, with a drive to deliver exceptional support
