Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Rate: $70/hr on C2C

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with evolving business requirements. This individual will lead high-complexity development efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant implementations within a large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .

• Implement Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk API) and 3rd party integrations.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits , security, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a technical expert for modeling, simulation, and analysis.

• Support CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, and other DevOps tools.

• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure quality deliverables.

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• Lead/mentor junior developers and ensure smooth deployment of large-scale solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience .

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript frameworks .

• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, OAuth, and integration patterns.

• Hands-on with Salesforce Administration (configuration, data model, workflows, validation, automation).

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and iterative SDLC.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, Integration Architect, JavaScript Developer I (LWC focus) .

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce ecosystems.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks within Visualforce and LWC.

• Experience in other backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js).

• Prior experience with complex Salesforce environments in Financial Services domain.
