Job Description

Integrant Inc, is hiring a passionate and organized "Salesforce Principal Developer - Part Time" to join us to support with below roles and responsibilities:

  • You will be based in Egypt supporting the Operations team internally and clients in the US.

  • Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements

  • Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals.

  • Contribute to translation of business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform

  • Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements

  • Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives

  • Performs root cause analysis for any technical application issues.

  • Contributes to planning and preparing documentation of the development and functioning of operational systems including technical reports and instructional manuals.

  • Support in business analysis , clients’ requests, and projects initiation

  • Kicking off the technical path in Integrant by providing knowledge sharing session to introduce it to our employee.

  • Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.

  • Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.

  • Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.

  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.

  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Web Application Development.
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
  • Experience working with clients from US/UK.
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.
  • Experience with the agile software development.
  • Extensive Apex and JavaScript development experience.
  • Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas:

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent:

    • Advanced Administrator.

    • Certified Platform Developer I

    • Certified Platform Developer II

    • Service Cloud Consultant

    • Platform App Builder

    • Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.
