Salon Manager (Bluffton, SC)

We're looking for an experienced customer service leader with a passion for hair and beauty to run our Hilton Head Island location. If you've managed a busy hospitality team (think retail, restaurant, or front-of-house), we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Master our POS system for seamless bookings & operations
• Lead front desk & hospitality staff as floor manager
• Build schedules to keep staffing on point
• Support stylists & foster a positive, fun team vibe
• Deliver 5-star customer service every day
• Manage inventory, orders, and sales targets
• Hire, train, and coach front desk team
• Keep the salon spotless (cleaning, laundry, upkeep)
• Contribute to social media & local marketing
• Attend staff meetings & escalate to Ops/Owner as needed
• Maintain a smoke/vape-free environment

Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hrs/week.
• Baseline: Tue-Sat 9a-5p (flexible)

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly wage $20-$23/hr starting (DOE) + growth opportunities.

Qualifications required:

• Motivated, reliable, coachable, and a natural people person
• Proven experience managing a busy customer-facing team
• Beauty salon experience a plus (not required)
