SEO Manager & Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time, remote

An SEO Manager and team lead needs to be able to execute tasks, lead detailed processes, coordinate team members, and discover innovative ways to be efficient while achieving top rankings. You must be able to interface with clients, run meetings, articulate the strategy and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, and be an excellent written communicator. 

REALASTACK is a growing website and software platform for real estate brokerages, offering cornerstone products for website systems, listing management, and seamless integrations with real estate marketplace websites.

We have expanded our search engine optimization services and are seeking a dedicated leader to continue building out the team and expanding our offerings. You will oversee every aspect of a client’s SEO campaigns and understand how they all work together to improve performance. For this experienced role, we prefer candidates with at least three years of experience in SEO and require a minimum of two years of experience. Strong consideration for candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area.

Summary of SEO Duties
  • Manage and execute a robust SEO strategy on time for clients.
  • Research, brainstorm, organize, and publish high-quality content on our clients’ sites.
  • Optimize technical and onsite signals to maximize website visibility and increase user engagement.
  • Set up and regularly update our clients’ Google Business profiles and other online listings.
  • Build inbound links to client websites.
  • Prepare SEO analysis and monthly reporting for clients.
  • Be responsive to client communications via email and phone calls.
  • Lead client in regularly scheduled online meetings.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Firm understanding of technical SEO, on-site optimization, local SEO, off-site optimization, content creation, and link building.
  • Proficient in keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Organized workflow to handle multiple tasks concurrently within a set deadline.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and with external clients.
  • Curious and active learner who seeks out professional development.

  • Experience in creating and leading a content creation process.
  • Experience in link-building.
  • Strong consideration for candidates with three or more years of SEO experience.
  • Strong consideration for candidates who can explain the SEO tools they use in detail.
