Your role

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are interested in financial operations and eager to build a career in the investment banking industry. Youll be part of a dynamic team that supports corporate actions processing across global markets, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

• Assist in managing and processing corporate action events (e.g., tender offers, exchange offers, rights offerings).
• Support internal teams and clients by capturing event details, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate processing of client instructions.
• Collaborate with global operations, technology, and business teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Learn to identify and manage risks associated with corporate action processing.

Your team

Youll join the U.S Corporate Actions team, which handles voluntary corporate events for equity and fixed income securities. Youll work closely with internal teams such as trading desks, client services, and middle office, as well as external partners like agent banks and prime brokerage clients. This role offers a great opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of corporate actions and develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your expertise

• Ideally a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast?paced environment.
• A detail-oriented mindset with an interest in financial markets and operational processes.
• Basic understanding or interest in learning coding languages like Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Familiarity with financial products (equities, fixed income) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive and organized approach.
