KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Review and map Workday business processes. Manage day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients. Qualifications: At least three years of ERP and HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Completed one full Workday HCM implementation and hold relevant certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Integration (candidates without current certifications must obtain one within three months of employment). Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills. Understanding of ERP systems and module functionality. Willingness to travel as required. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available. KPMG complies with all local and state regulations regarding salary transparency.
