We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through paid social, YouTube, and ABM campaigns. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns, with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and measurable impact. Youll lead paid social and scale ABM programspartnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify high-value accounts, develop targeted campaigns, and personalize messaging that drives engagement and pipeline. The right candidate is hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover growth opportunities while continuously improving performance across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role critical to growth goals, suitable for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven problem solving, and owns outcomes from start to finish.
This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in our San Francisco office and 4 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

Samsaras compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.
We pay for performance, and top performers may receive above-market equity refresh awards.
