  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing thoughtful code reviews and real-time pairing.
  • Integrate and leverage AI technologies to automate processes and enhance product features, contributing to Hinge Healths AI-driven care platform.
  • Proactively improve the maintainability, availability, and performance of the teams features, and contribute to the teams overall architecture and developer tooling.
  • Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical partners, and document solutions for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience with React Native mobile development
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 3+ years of experience with React/TypeScript
  • Experience delivering large software projects or features in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI technologies for software design and coding assistance
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog (performance monitoring) and Sentry (error tracking)
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or scalable architectures
  • Experience with healthcare technology or regulated environments

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. The annual salary range is $162,800 - $244,200.
