Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Mobility Partner

Location: San Diego, CA 92121 (Onsite)

Job Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year with the possibility to extend based on performance and business need.

Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour - $62.00 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Mobility Partner with deep expertise in global mobility and immigration processes, including Green Card, H-1B, and labor market testing. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who can navigate complex compliance requirements while building strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will serve as both a recruiter and a mobility process advisor, ensuring seamless coordination between Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in positions driven by Global Mobility needs, including labor market testing and immigration-based requisitions.
  • Review and evaluate resumes for both general and immigration-driven hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Mobility team, external immigration counsel, and HR partners.
  • Qualify and disposition candidates, complete immigration-related documentation, and ensure end-to-end compliance.
  • Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment strategies that align with mobility guidelines and legal standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to immigration regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters and cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent and compliant hiring experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Global mobility experience and:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; OR
  • Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • ( Advanced degrees may substitute up to 2 years of experience. )

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience supporting immigration cases (H-1B, Green Card, etc.) and labor condition applications.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, or similar applicant tracking and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and global mobility policies.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, legal advisors, and external immigration counsel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
