Service Advisor Responsibilities - Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
- Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
- Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards\
Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $5000.00 to $8000.00 depending on experience

Qualifications Service Advisor Qualifications - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
