Job Description

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using modern data stack technologies for the cloud data platform.
• Write ETL processes, design data applications, and develop data pipelines for Operational Business Intelligence Marts.
• Analyze technical metadata, data pipeline logs, and data lineage to support operational decisions for the data platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define observability requirements considering SLAs, data quality, and proactive monitoring.
• Work closely with other engineers to improve technology adoption and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience in Data Engineering or Data Management.
• 4 5 years of experience in SQL/PLSQL-based application development.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with DBT and Snowflake.
• Practical experience with Airflow and Python (including pandas).
• Strong experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools.
• Prior experience with Azure cloud platform and DevOps CI/CD tools preferred.
• Proven ability in data modeling, observability, and monitoring.
• Banking/Financial domain experience required.
• Azure or Snowflake certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
