**Position Overview:**
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Solar Consultants - Closers to join our innovative team. As a closer, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to change the solar game by finalizing deals with homeowners who have shown interest. With our unique in-store lead generation, you'll have a steady stream of high-quality leads.

- Convert leads into sales by closing deals with potential solar customers.
- Provide expert advice and information on solar solutions to homeowners.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Participate in our fast-track Management Training Program, with opportunities to qualify for management positions in just 2-4 months.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Preferred experience in sales, particularly in solar or home services, but we are open to training the right candidate.
- **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- **Transportation:** Must have reliable transportation to travel to client appointments.
- **Availability:** Flexible hours to accommodate appointment scheduling.
