Job Description

Overview:

Title: Sr. Corporate Recruiter Talent Acquisition
Location: Dallas Based - In Office 3 days per week at a minimum


The Sr. Corporate Recruiter manages the recruitment processes, collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, and creating candidate pipelines. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management, this role contributes to recruitment campaigns and other recruiting activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment workflow and serve as advisor to the customers' business.
Collaborate regularly with department leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
Create recruitment profiles for high-impact candidates for various levels of roles.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines as applicable.
Screen candidate applications for Catalyst Brands roles.
Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and concerns.
Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns and assessment centers.
Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing client groups.

Qualifications:

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
