Rittenhouse Market is seeking qualified applicants to join our team of Front End Shift Supervisors. Provide shift leadership to ensure smooth operation of the Front End Team and accurate cash handling . Ensure a positive guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and Team Members. Responds promptly to guests needs and questions and requests assistance when needed. Candidates should have prior experience supervising in a retail/hospitality environment and possess a strong “guest first” attitude; knowledge and familiarity with Grocery POS systems, products and PLUs preferred. Possess good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team. Weekends, nights and holidays may be included in scheduled hours.
