As an Employment and Account Specialist, you'll help match job seekers with local companies - and keep both sides happy. You'll manage 50+ client accounts and talk to over 100 candidates each week. What You'll Do:

Support Clients:

• Manage a group of 50+ business clients and help with their hiring needs
• Understand their staffing goals and provide fast, reliable support
• Keep relationships strong through regular check-ins and communication

Work with Job Seekers:

• Interview 100+ job candidates weekly across different industries
• Match people to roles that fit their skills and career goals
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from start to finish

Grow Business Opportunities:

• Reach out to new companies and share how we can help them hire
• Help build our local network and grow our client base
• Support pricing and proposal conversations when needed

Stay Organized & On Track:

• Keep clear and up-to-date records in our staffing software
• Meet weekly goals for placements and outreach
• Follow company and legal policies to make sure everything runs smoothly

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, sales, or admin work (but we're open to fast learners too!)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Comfortable juggling tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced setting
• A team player who's motivated and solutions-focused
• Bonus: You've worked with hourly hiring, entry-level roles, or local businesses
