About The Role

Were looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with cutting-edge event technology, and wants to grow into a leader in technical project management. As a Technical Project Coordinator, youll partner closely with our Technical Project Managers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex event technology solutions. Youll be involved in all stages of the project lifecyclehelping our clients drive marketing success, boost sales pipelines, manage content, and generate meaningful event analytics. Your work will be crucial to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from pre-event setup to post-event analysis.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Project Support & Execution
    • Develop a foundational understanding of the clients business, organizational structure, and event goals to better align project support and deliverables
    • Stay actively informed on project timelines to support smooth execution and timely delivery
    • Share updates, risks, and changes with internal teams
    • Track daily work and ensure accurate time management
    • Demonstrate responsibility and follow-through on all assigned tasks
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Deliver timely, professional support via email and phone (as needed)
    • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to meet client needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
    • Engage professionally in daily client communications (as needed) to support strong working relationships and project alignment
  • Technical Support
    • Complete training on event technology tools
    • Conduct technical checks, testing, and editorial reviews as directed by a Technical Project Manager
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential issues or blockers early and escalate when necessary
    • Offer proactive solutions and support for smooth project delivery
  • Post-Event Insights
    • Participate in debriefs and share learnings for future improvements
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Some experience in project coordination, event management, or event technology
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail
  • A problem-solving, solutions-focused mindset
  • Self-motivation and the ability to stay productive in a remote work environment without frequent in-person interaction or supervision
  • Willingness to travel for onsite event support (domestic & international, as needed; approximately 3x per year)

The base pay range for this role is $50,000-$65,000 per year.
