🛠️ We're Hiring: Technical Project Coordinator (Detailing & Fabrication)

📍 Office-Based | Full-Time | Steel Fabricator

Join a growing steelwork fabricator and erector working on major bridge projects across the US.

💼 The Role:

We’re after someone who can run a project from pricing this managing design subcontractor and into production . You’ll coordinate subcontracted detailers, speak engineer fluently, work directly with the shop floor, and keep projects moving to schedule.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• 🧠 Coordinate Subcontracted Detailers – Review drawings, answer RFIs, and mark up redlines
• 🏗️ Work with the Fabrication Shop – Make jobs easier to fabricate and spot issues early
• 📐 Use Bluebeam / PDF markups – Edit drawings, review redlines, and release to production
• 🛠️ Fix issues fast – Jump in and handle small detailing changes, or escalate back to the subs
• 📅 Own the Schedule – Keep projects on track, from detailing through fabrication and erection

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Structural steel or bridge fabrication experience
• Understanding of fabrication drawings and steel erection
• Bluebeam or Tekla knowledge preferred
• Experience answering technical queries and coordinating detailing packages
• Must be confident working face-to-face with fabricators and engineers

• This role is 100% office-based — no remote or hybrid
• You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our shop and detailing teams
• Ideal for someone who’s done detailing, fabrication, or project coordination in steelwork
