Title: Technical Recruiter

Pay Rate: $50 - $55 /hourly

Work Location: Seattle, WA (onsite 5 days a week)

Duration: 6-9 month contract role with a possibility of extension

Schedule: 40 hours week // M - F

This role focuses heavily on sourcing and processing candidates for language-focused and AI-adjacent positions, supporting critical data services that power advanced technology models.

Key Responsibilities

• 50% - Candidate Processing & Review: Review language assessments, evaluate candidate quality, and build strong pipelines.
• 20% - Stakeholder Interaction: Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting partners, and internal stakeholders.
• 10% - Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and platforms.
• 20% - Focused Sourcing Work: Boolean searching, outreach strategy, and pipeline optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience preferably in technology recruiting
• Proven experience writing and executing Boolean search strings
• Experience supporting roles related to large language models or AI technologies
• Strong organizational skills, including advanced Excel use and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
• Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership skills
