We are looking for an experienced attorney to join the Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice at Lewis Brisbois SanFrancisco office. The role focuses on all phases of toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
The ideal candidate will have 17 years of experience in these areas, strong research and writing skills, a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law and admission to the California Bar.
Lewis Brisbois represents generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators and corporate clients in state, federal and administrative hearings, including Superfund multisite litigation, federal MDL and masstort and productsliability cases.
