Position: Training and Development Coordinator

Location: Stratum Central Office – 27375 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay

Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour

Cell Phone Stipend: $75/month or $900/year

Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics such as room reservations, materials, and communications.
  • Deliver new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.
  • Support e-learning initiatives through course management and reporting within our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure training materials are current, organized, and accessible in both digital and physical formats.
  • Provide administrative support for company-wide training programs.
  • Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and department managers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support content development and training delivery.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events related to training and development.
  • Support cross-functional teams on projects aimed at enhancing company operations and employee development programs.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or training support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools; Yardi experience preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate small group sessions and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in property management is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, and talking. Employees must regularly use repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers to handle documents and operate office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs or stepstools, and pushing or pulling may be required. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, inspecting property grounds, and operating a golf cart. Motor skills and coordination are necessary to safely perform tasks, and the ability to remain focused and effective during periods of high stress is essential.
