The Sage Group is seeking a Video Producer for our client, a very well-known start-up which has built a next-generation AI assistant trained to be safe, accurate, and secure to help you do your best work. As they scale video content production across multiple use cases, you'll be instrumental in translating our product’s complex AI capabilities into engaging, accessible video content that drives awareness and adoption across social, product, educational, and internal communications. In this role, you'll edit videos across diverse formats and use cases, reporting into the Video Creative Lead on the Brand Creative team. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where your visual storytelling directly influences how millions of users discover and understand AI. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, product, education, and research to ensure all video content aligns with our broader organizational goals and communication strategies. Responsibilities: Video Content Creation & Strategy Edit engaging video content across multiple formats and platforms: social media, product demos, educational tutorials, research, and marketing campaigns Develop compelling short to medium-form videos that showcase Claude's features and real-world use cases for diverse audiences Create educational and instructional video content that helps users understand and maximize Claude's capabilities Support major product launches and internal initiatives with comprehensive video content strategies that drive awareness and adoption Cross-Functional Collaboration Maintain and evolve Claude's authentic, approachable visual style across all video formats and use cases Partner with teams across marketing, product, education, and research to translate complex AI features into accessible, engaging video content Develop video templates and frameworks for recurring content types across different departments to ensure consistency and efficiency Contribute to video style guide development and best practices documentation across the organization You may be a good fit if you: Have 5+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing at high-growth technology companies Demonstrate understanding of video best practices across multiple formats: social media, product demos, educational content, and corporate communications Have experience editing for technical products, preferably in AI/ML, SaaS, or emerging technology sectors Possess proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Are familiar with AI/tech industry terminology and can stay current with rapidly evolving trends Excel at working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Strong candidates may also have: Personal experience using AI tools in video production workflows and content creation Experience with educational content creation and instructional design principles Experience supporting product launches through integrated video campaigns across multiple channels Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects preferred) Understanding of different audience needs: B2B and B2C dynamics, internal communications, and educational content Experience working at early-stage startups or in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Duration: 6 Months Location: SF Bay Area Compensation: $165 Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Marketing Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Sage Group by 2x Get notified about new Video Producer jobs in San Francisco Bay Area .
