📍 Location: Oakville, Missouri

💵 Pay: \$24–\$30/hr

🕕 Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lay down strong Stick and MiG welds on barges in need of repair.
• Grind, prep, and torch-cut metal with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams like a pro.
• Fit and measure materials with accuracy using tape measures.
• Collaborate with the machine shop to ensure perfect material sourcing.

🛠️ What You Bring to the Table

• Skilled in MiG and Stick welding techniques.
• Hands-on experience with torch cutting, grinding, and metal fitting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Background in fabrication and metalwork.
• Welding certifications (preferred).
• Shipyard experience (a plus).
• Ready to work in all weather conditions—rain, snow, heat, and wind.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
