Join Our Dynamic Team! We are seeking new and experienced Welders, Fabricators and Assemblers to join our team to perform pipe welding, fabrication, and assembly tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work extended hours is valued. High school diploma and vocational training are preferred, along with relevant experience in assembly or a related field. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform pipe welding, including Mig, Pulse, and Tig, with the ability to qualify in a 6G test. Read and interpret blueprints accurately to meet project specifications. Execute fabrication tasks such as cutting and fitting with precision. Perform assembly tasks following high-specification drawings and work instructions. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain excellent organizational skills to keep workstations clean and orderly. Utilize hand and power tools with precision and efficiency. Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies. Train and support team members as needed. Complete tasks within designated deadlines, even in high-pressure situations. Adapt and function well in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Qualifications: Expertise in pipe welding (Mig, Pulse, Tig) and ability to pass a 6G test. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Fabrication skills, including cutting and fitting. Strong understanding of high-spec assembly drawings. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Comprehension of safety protocols and procedures. Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods. Capacity to lift/carry up to 50 lbs may be required. Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, if required. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required. Certified vocational degrees preferred. Minimum of vocational training or less than 2 years of related assembly experience is preferred. 1-5 years of relevant experience in assembly or a related field is preferred. Lean training/certification is an asset.
