As the Area Sales Director, you will direct and oversee all sales activities carried out by the filed sales representatives & Sales Managers. You will develop strategic plans to meet corporate determined targets, develop relationships with clients/customers, and evaluate costs (P&L) for selling products and services. This role is a mix of sales strategy and leading people leaders to inspire and hold the sales teams accountable for meeting identified sales objectives.
Bunzl's product mix will include a variety of disposable items including paper products, packaging, janitorial supplies, safety, sanitation, and food service items. As part of our Redistribution/R3 segment, your team's customer base could include hotels, distributors, restaurants, and resorts.
This role will lead our R3 sales team in the West; specifically Central and Southern California. Ideal candidates will be local to Los Angeles, CA and will work onsite at our LA office unless doing regional travel with internal stakeholders, the sales team or customers. However, we will consider residence/hybrid candidates that live in the geography.

Salary Range: $125-185K base (+ bonus and car allowance) determined by experience, education and market data in the geographic location.
