As the full-time AVP-Bank Manager at One Community Bank in Adams, WI, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations daily. This position allows you to connect with more clients than any other role in the bank, enabling you to make a meaningful impact in the community you serve. You will embrace change as a driver of growth, identifying opportunities for improvement in every interaction.

Your essential duties will include providing leadership through one-on-one coaching, managing sales efforts, and collaborating closely with the SVP Retail Banking to implement growth strategies. You will utilize your strong knowledge of retail products to identify client needs, open accounts, and facilitate consumer loans. Additionally, your proactive approach will ensure financial conversations and relationship building lead to client success, while maintaining oversight of security protocols and bank operations.

To thrive as a full-time AVP-Bank Manager at One Community Bank in Adams, WI, you must possess a blend of essential skills and experience.
