Overview Brewery General Manager – Brewery & Restaurant Operations. This position requires relocation to the western slope of Colorado in an affordable mountain town. Immediate need for a high-volume General Manager with strong Front of House experience, a hands-on ownership mentality, and solid craft beer and cocktail expertise. Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus additional compensation based on revenue growth, with room for advancement at new locations opening. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations including FOH and BOH Hire, train, and develop your team Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and corrective action while fostering a positive workplace culture Lead by example Drive sales by identifying community opportunities, planning creative events, and building local partnerships Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, with high standards for scratch cooking and craft beverage service Manage vendor relationships, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction Qualifications Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a brewery, distillery, or high-volume casual dining environment Experience leading a Front of House team of 30 Solid P&L knowledge and budgeting Flexible schedule Good leadership and team-building skills Ownership mentality, hands-on Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to relocate before start to Colorado Mountain Town Preferred Background and Skills Solid knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage program leadership Experience in event programming and local marketing Familiarity with modern POS systems (Toast, Seven Ships, or similar) Track record of building systems and structure in an independent restaurant setting Proven ability to grow revenue and profitability Tech-savvy, comfortable leveraging systems and tools to improve operations Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000 Bonus potential tied to revenue growth and profitability Paid training PTO Employee dining discounts Relocation reimbursement Job ID: 165222 #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
