Job Description
Jamestown Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager with HR responsibilities to oversee business operations and support staff functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing both financial workflows and employee relations in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee billing, collections, and resident trust accounts
• Manage payroll, onboarding, and employee records
• Support department heads with HR needs and compliance
• Coordinate benefits, attendance, and corrective action documentation
• Work closely with the Administrator on financial and HR reporting
• Maintain accurate business office files and regulatory documentation
Qualifications
• Experience as a Business Office Manager or HR Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay billing
• HR experience including onboarding and employee file compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
