This role involves physical labor at construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will be committed to safety and quality, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and removing debris. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand and power tools. Assemble and break down temporary structures such as scaffolding and barriers. Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear. Perform other labor-related duties as directed. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience in carpentry and demolition tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications ~ Experience operating miter saw, band saw, and other power tools. Work Environment The position involves working outdoors on construction sites in a fast-paced environment. Employees are required to follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
