A home care agency is seeking a narrative-driven Creative & Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy storytelling and technical writing, creating engaging content that communicates the agency's services and values effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Narrative Writing :
  
  • Craft compelling stories that highlight the agency's impact, focusing on client experiences, success stories, and the human element of home care.
  • Develop content for brochures, newsletters, website, and other marketing materials that resonate with potential clients and their families.
• Technical Writing :
  
  • Write clear and concise documentation, including care procedures, guidelines, and training materials for staff.
  • Ensure that all technical content is accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with industry standards.
• Content Collaboration :
  
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and effective.
  • Assist in developing scripts, educational content, and promotional materials that inform and engage the audience.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creative and technical writing.
• Strong narrative writing skills with the ability to tell engaging stories.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical content.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in healthcare or home care is a plus but not required.
