JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who can manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring marketing strategies to life through compelling visual and written content.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-club, events, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support membership + product service marketing, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.

Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to create engaging marketing assets including social media graphics, website content, email templates, brochures, video scripts.
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.).
  • Update the Love.Life website as needed
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing collateral for events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate event messaging, signage, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Cross Departmental Collaboration + Project Management

  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) to ensure marketing materials meet business objectives and brand standards.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Run weekly planning meetings that support Marketing Director

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) and basic web CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Solid writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a creative environment.
  • Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile apps like CapCut).
  • Photography and/or on-site content production experience.
  • Experience working with agencies or freelancers.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
