Are you an experienced leader with a passion for pets? We’re looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premier dog daycare in Sheboygan. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and create an exceptional experience for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment for up to 90 dogs daily
- Manage and support staff: recruit, onboard, schedule, and provide ongoing training and coaching.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and maintain performance documentation.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
- Supervise daily staff activities and ensure adherence to safety and care protocols.
- Manage and update social media channels with engaging and timely content.
- Handle client feedback and address any concerns professionally and promptly.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and seasonal retail promotions.
- Assist new clients with onboarding and account setup.

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in the pet care or dog daycare industry.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management.
