Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group Stockton , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. Practice Highlights:

• Join a well-established, multi-specialty group
• 100% outpatient practice focused on comprehensive care
• High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
• Opportunity to precept family medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)

Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:

• Full-time schedule: Monday Friday; no weekends
• Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available
• One clinic location, no hospital call
• Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
• Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Taho

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

• Excellent earning potential with a guaranteed salary of $246,755 $296,789 / Year for the first two years

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification

Pay Range
