The Pet Stop is looking for a full-time Veterinary Hospital Administrator to join our established and growing team in Anchorage, Alaska! Qualifications: 2+ years of veterinary or medical management experience preferred Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, growing revenue, and processing payroll Experience building, training, and developing high-performing teams Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management systems Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively About the Role: As our Hospital Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Lead Veterinarian to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. Your leadership will be key in driving staff engagement, operational efficiency, and continued excellence in patient care. This is a hands-on, full-time position with a standard MondayFriday schedule.
