Investment Banking Analyst, Aerospace & Defense Jefferies Charlotte, North Carolina, United States (On-site) Position The Global Industrials team is actively looking for an experienced Analyst to support the Aerospace & Defense vertical in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Group Description Jefferies Global Industrials Group provides a full suite of advisory and capital markets capabilities to clients across several sectors, including Aerospace & Defense, Business Services, Capital Goods, Chemicals, Construction and Building Materials, Distribution, Engineering and Electrical, Maritime, Metals & Mining, Paper & Packaging, and Transportation & Logistics. The Global Industrials Group is a team of approximately 100 professionals worldwide based in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Hong Kong, London and Toronto. Primary Responsibilities Significant responsibilities related to pitching as well as executing advisory and capital markets transactions for a broad group of public and private clients based in the U.S. and internationally. These responsibilities will include the following: Execution of M&A as well as equity and debt financings and restructuring transactions Preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses Preparation of financial and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction and comparable companies analyses Analyze business plans and participate in due diligence sessions Develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching These responsibilities afford direct and active interaction with the senior executive management teams of our clients. Required Background Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of one year of Investment Banking experience Financial modeling coursework, training or experience Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player Experience in the Industrials sector is not required Live in Charlotte, North Carolina or willing to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina The salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jefferies
