Our national law firm client is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join its Labor, Employment & Immigration Practice group as a partner in their New York City office. This role will be responsible for management-side representation and provide general counseling on employment/independent contractor agreements, wage and hour compliance, employee leave/ADA accommodation, terminations/separation agreements, manuals/handbooks, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while collaborating with practitioners across all of the Firm's six offices.
You will work alongside attorneys and staff motivated by excellent client service. You will find resources and mentors to help you grow professionally and work with a team that values everyone’s contributions. You will also be encouraged to seek opportunities to work on pro bono matters and public service. The Firm has a track record of litigating significant pro bono cases that protect the rights of some of society’s most vulnerable people.

Salary Range
The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 to $350,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
