Job Description

Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Analyst

Location (city, state): Nashville, TN - East Nashville

Compensation: $80,000-85,000 salary

Benefits:

Qualifications:

  1. Strong NetSuite experience (ideally involved in implementation or backend configuration)
  2. Experience integrating or reconciling data between 3rd-party inventory management systems and ERP platforms - ShipHero preferred
  3. Proven ability to manage data accuracy across systems (POs, sales orders, transfer orders, SKU creation)

Job Description:

The Inventory Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory data and system integrity for our client. This individual will manage the flow of information between NetSuite and 3rd-party systems like ShipHero, identify and resolve data discrepancies, oversee SKU creation, and ensure alignment between finance, warehouse, and e-commerce platforms (including Shopify). While not handling physical inventory, this person will own the digital and operational accuracy of inventory records and work closely with the Controller to ensure proper accounting. The role is hands-on, collaborative, and ideal for someone comfortable operating autonomously within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Technologies/Skills Required:

  1. Strong NetSuite experience (ideally involved in implementation or backend configuration)
  2. Experience integrating or reconciling data between 3rd-party inventory management systems and ERP platforms - ShipHero preferred
  3. Proven ability to manage data accuracy across systems (POs, sales orders, transfer orders, SKU creation)

Preferred but not required:

  1. Supply Chain or Business degree
  2. Experience within manufacturing, entertainment, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries

Years Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or data analysis roles
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • NetSuite experience required (implementation or heavy user preferred)
