Job Title: Phlebotomist

Full-Time | Multiple Shift Options

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely specimen collection and handling across all age groups. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing venipuncture and capillary blood collections with confidence and care
• Collecting specimens for special tests (e.g., drug screening, paternity, alcohol testing)
• Handling specimen labeling, centrifugation, aliquoting, and storage per test requirements
• Accurately entering patient data and maintaining detailed documentation
• Ensuring all requisitions and sample identifiers match precisely
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, DEP, and HIPAA standards
• Delivering superior service to patients and clinic staff with a professional demeanor
• Performing basic billing and payment collection procedures when needed
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as necessary

• 4+ years of professional experience in phlebotomy
• Mastery of venipuncture techniques and specimen processing protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
• Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to multitask in a high-volume lab
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must

• Collaborative and supportive team culture
• Flexible shift options:
  • Morning Shift : Monday–Thursday 9AM–5PM, Friday 8AM–5PM
  • Evening Shift : Monday–Thursday 4PM–12AM
• Weekend shifts available on occasion for team coverage
• 90% of your time spent in our dedicated lab; 10% in clinical offices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
