Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue management processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing revenue streams. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to drive profitability and support the organization's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct thorough general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepare tax documentation and coordinate with external tax advisors as necessary.
  • Utilize financial software such as Sage, PeopleSoft, or Quicken for reporting and analysis.
  • Provide insights on private equity investments and their impact on revenue performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and provide actionable recommendations.

Skills

  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
  • Proficient in general ledger reconciliation and accounts payable management.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with financial software including Sage, PeopleSoft, or Quicken.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of private equity principles is a plus.
