Roofing & Siding Sales Representative

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to help homeowners navigate roofing and siding replacements. This job has high earning potential with leads being provided.

Your job is to educate homeowners, provide inspections, and close deals—while we handle marketing, lead generation, and project management. If you're a closer who thrives on building relationships and making great money, this is the opportunity for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

· Meet With Homeowners – Conduct inspections, educate customers on their options, and present estimates.

· Follow Up on Pre-Qualified Leads – Work with leads from our canvassing team and digital marketing campaigns to close deals.

· Generate Your Own Opportunities – Knock doors, network, and build relationships for additional sales.

· Work With Insurance Companies – Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable.

· Collaborate With Our Production Team – Ensure a smooth installation process and happy customers.

· Follow Up for Referrals & Repeat Business – Happy homeowners = more business.

 

What We’re Looking For:

· Experienced Sales Professionals – At least 1-2 years of sales experience in roofing, exterior construction, or a related field. You know how to sell, close deals, and manage your pipeline.

· Strong Communicators & Relationship Builders – You can confidently educate homeowners, explain the value of our services, and build trust quickly.

· Self-Starter Mentality – You thrive in a commission-based role where your effort directly impacts your income. You know how to prospect, follow up, and close.

· Ability to Manage the Sales Process – From initial contact to signed contract, you know how to keep the momentum going and guide homeowners through the decision-making process.

· Available to work afternoons, evenings, & Saturdays

· Able to walk and stand for extended periods

· Complete company required training as needed

· Comply with company policies and procedures

· Utilize effective time management skills

· Strong work ethic toward accomplishing goals and ability to work in a team environment

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

 

 

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role, meaning your income is directly tied to your effort. Our commission structure is designed to reward both self-generated business and closing company-provided leads.

· Earn industry-leading commissions with a tiered structure based on whether the lead is company-provided or self-generated.

· Typical commissions range from $1800 – $7800 per sale, with top reps easily earning six figures annually.

· Get paid quickly— 5% upon contract signature. The rest upon collection of final payment.

· Sell $1M or more and you will receive a wrapped company owned vehicle to work from.
