NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE PACKERS IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA!

Position: Warehouse Packer
Pay: $14-16/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Must be willing to stay late for overtime as needed

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. As a Packer, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality shipments, ensuring each product is packed to perfection and shipped with care.

Job Responsibilities of Warehouse Packers:

• Package products carefully and according to strict company standards.
• Inspect items to ensure quality and remove defective merchandise.
• Label, seal, and scan items accurately for shipment.
• Review order details and pick correct items from inventory.
• Maintain detailed packing records for inventory tracking.
• Operate packaging machinery and use RF scanners as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Job Requirements of Warehouse Packers:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
